• Collection, reporting and preparation of relevant accounts on all revenue collected by the Department of Motor Traffic, Western Province.

• Formal distribution of revenue licenses to the Divisional Secretariats of the Province.

• Dealing with audit queries.

• Control of storage activities.

• Wage adjustments, payroll and accounting.

• Account summaries and bank comparisons.

• Provisioning for Divisional Secretariats.
