Main Functions:

  • Obtaining the license information( for licenses obtained from the Outer Provinces) by telephone from the relevant Divisional Secretariat or the Provincial Department of Motor Vehicles·

  • Checking whether the licenses issued by the Western Province, which are not included in the system have been issued, and incorporating them into the system.

  • Importation of loose slips confirmed by Outer Provinces·

  • Issuing loose slips as per the orders given·

  • Ensuring the accuracy of auction vehicles (Courts / Various Institutions)·

  • Certification of Fitness Certificates issued by a garage outside the Western Province and whether it was issued by a garage registered with the relevant province·

  • Refund of income.

  • Refer fax letters to the Administration Branch.
